Boat dive

(Nusa penida, Amed,Padang bay,Menjangan, Nusa dua)

-Diver requirements

You must be a certified diver (open water minimum)
You must have dived within the last 12 months.
If you are not a confident diver then PRO DIVE highly recommends booking a guided shore dive or refresher dive before our guided boat dives.
Proof of certification must be presented before the dive.
You must be medically fit to dive.
You will be required to sign our Liability Waiver for the activity upon arrival.
Suppose you fail to meet any of the above requirements on the day. In that case, PRO DIVE reserves the right to refuse diving and dive related activities. No refund will be given and rebooking will be at full cost.

Cancellations, transfers or non-attendance

If you cancel your dives, on or within three (3) days of the start date, no refund will be given.
If you cancel your dives more than three (3) days from the start date, a refund will be given, less $50 administration fees.
If you fail to attend your scheduled dive, no refund will be given; rebooking will be at full cost.
You may transfer your dives to a new date once, free of charge, with more than three (3) days notice. Any subsequent changes will incur a $100 re-booking fee.
Transfers made on or within three (3) days of the start date will incur a $100 fee. No exceptions.
If a medical condition temporarily prevents you from completing the dives, the above conditions apply.
If a medical condition permanently prevents you from completing the dives, the above conditions apply.
You may transfer your dive to a friend or family member at any time for a $100 rebooking fee.
If you fail to complete both dives during the scheduled time, the remaining dive(s) are forfeit.
The above terms also apply to voucher bookings.

Dive site

PRO DIVE retains the right to change our planned dive site if prevailing sea conditions or weather conditions make it unsafe for diving. In these circumstances, no refunds will be offered should the diver decide not to proceed with the dive.

Further date changes to the booking will attract an amendment fee of $ 50 per person, per date change; excepting when the change has had to be made by PRO DIVE in the event of dangerous diving conditions for the day of the activity.

If a medical condition temporarily prevents you from completing the dives, the above conditions apply.
If a medical condition permanently prevents you from completing the dives, the above conditions apply.

If you fail to complete both dives during the scheduled time, the remaining dive(s) are forfeit.
For bookings made with vouchers, cancellations made outside of three (3) days can be rebooked free of charge once per voucher.

Cancellations, transfers or non-attendance

Courses and/or Vouchers are Non-refundable in line with NSW Fairtrade Guidelines
You may transfer your course to a new date once, free of charge, with more than 14 days’ notice. Additional amendments will attract an $100 fee per person, per date change.
Transfers made between 24hrs and 14 days of the start date will incur a $100 fee. If the new course is of a higher value than the original booking, the difference must also be paid. No exceptions.
Any cancellations made within 24hrs of your course start time will result in forfeiting the course, and rebooking will be at full cost.
If an emergency medical condition manifests within 24hrs of your course start time, proof must be provided in order to transfer your course at the reduced rate of $100.00. A medical form from a licensed diving practitioner may be required.
If a medical condition manifests outside of 24hrs and temporarily prevents you from completing the course, the above conditions apply. A medical form from a licensed diving practitioner may be required.
If a medical condition manifests outside of 24hrs and permanently prevents you from completing the course, the above conditions apply.
If you have indicated yes to any of the questions on the Dive Medical. Then one will need to be provided at the time of booking or 14 days before the course start date, stating you are fit to dive unconditionally. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting the course and rebooking at full cost.
All verbal instructions are in English only, and you must be proficient in English. No translation services are available or can be used during the course, and other students cannot translate on behalf of the instructors.
You may transfer a course to a friend or family member at least 24hrs before the start time for a $100.00 rebooking fee.
If you fail to complete the course during the scheduled time, the course will be forfeited, and full payment is required to rebook.
All fees are per person.

Course requirements

Failure to adhere to all of the pre-course requirements found on the course overview page (including completion of any online training) will cancel the course. No refund will be given, and rebooking will be at full cost.
You must swim 200m and tread water for 10 minutes. Failure to perform these swim tests within the allocated time frame will result in course cancellation without refund, and rebooking will be at full cost.
Failure to pass the skill requirements within the allocated time frame will prevent you from progressing on the course and rebooking with be at full cost.
All courses must be completed within 90 days of the original start date.
