Your itinerary for PADI Open water course in Bali

Day 1 Pick up at your hotel lobby at 09.00, drive to our Operation center for the completing the administration, class room and confined water session in the afternoon. In this confined water seasson we will practice some skills to make you confortable in the water.Return to your hotel at 16.00.
Day 2 Pick up at your hotel lobby at 09.00, drive to Operation center for completing the confined water session. In this confined water seasson we will practice some skills that haven been completed or the skills that you're not confortable with, to make your dive more confortable in the water. Return to your hotel at 15.00.
Day 3

Early pick up at your hotel lobby, at 07.30, drive to Tulamben. The journey will take approximately 2.5 hours drive, please bring your camera along, as we will travel through Bali’s beautiful country side, including many villages, rice terraces, magnificent coastline and of course the highest volcano in Bali, Mount Agung !

Arrive at Tulamben at 10.30, there is time to relax, order yourself a cup of coffee or tea while your PRO DIVE Instructor organize the dive equipment, porter and your accommodation.

Your first dive will be at Tulamben slope and it will be a pleasure dive, clear water, with so many fishes and colorful coral. Maximum depth will be 12 meters.

Your second dive will be at Coral garden, where you will see more coral and many fishes.

We will stay overnight at our accommodation inTulamben.

Optional activities you can do in Tulamben:
- Pamper your self with a traditional Balinese massage after the dive, Wow...
- Cruising or fishing in a traditional Balinese outrigger boat,
- Trekking and explore the Tulamben area, see the country side of Bali.

Day 4

Today in your dive no 3 and no 4 of your PADI Open water dive.
Highly recommend to do a Sunrise diving, where you’ll be diving early in the morning at sunrise, to see the Bumphead parrotfish.

In dive number 3, we will explore the USS Liberty wreck, a cargo ship, 120 mtrs in length, where you will come across just about everything in any Indo-Pacific reef guide book. From the minute angel fish, nudibranches, pipe fish, goby through to the areas of garden eels, sweet lips, bat fish, butterfly fish, then add invertebrates, the hard coral, black corals, sponges with crinoids, sea fans, make this variety unique and amazing.

The next dive, which is your dive number 4, we will exploring the wreck again, but from different angel with maximum depth on those dives will be not deeper than 18 meters.

Both of the dives will be a shore dive, meaning, you start from the beach and walk into the water.

Have shower, pack your bags, meet your PRO DIVE Instructor at the restaurant, fill up your log book and the paper work. Hey…. Congratulation!!! You are a PADI Open water diver now.

Leave Tulamben at 13.00, arrive in Kuta approximately at 16.00, still, there is beach time for you.

What do I need to start?

Virtually anyone who is in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water can earn the PADI Open Water Diver certification. Minimum 10 years of age for Junior Open Water and 15 years for Open Water Diver and have a couple of photo’s taken for your C-card, but this can be arrange at PRO DIVE Bali.

Can I complete my PADI Open water in 3 days ?
Sure, the PADI Open water is a performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate your development of the course skills – this allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you're confortable in the water, have completed your online study, then you can complete the PADI Open water course in 3 days.

What will I do?
You’ll learn about the fundamentals of scuba diving including dive techniques, dive safety and dive equipment. You earn this rating by completing class sessions (optional online study),confined water session or pool dives followed by 4 open water (ocean) dives and 1 optional skin dive.

If you only by yourself, the cost will be the same, US$ 330 per person. We don’t charge any extra or single supplement even you are by yourself, as along as in this offer, the PADI Open water course starts every Monday and Thursday.

How many PADI Open water students in our group?
We limit our PADI Open water students by 4 students per 1 PADI Instructor. Therefore, the instructor can be more focus with your progress. Don’t forget to ask questions.

Will I be fail?
The PADI system are performance based. You proceed as you demonstrate your development of the course skills requirement – this allows you to work at a pace that is comfortable for you. If you in good health, reasonably fit, and comfortable in the water, has a commitment to learn something new (as you will be in different world, the underwater world) then, you will not fail.

I want to have my picture taken during my open water dive, do you have underwater camera for hire?
We have underwater camera and the cost is IDR 300.000 / day. We recommend to take the camera on dive no 3 and no 4 only.

I do have my own underwater camera, can I bring it with me ?
Sure you can. But, bring in for the dive no 3 and/or no 4. In the dive no 1 and no 2, we want you to learn some experience with the dive skills, safety, the environment, the learning process, and not focusing on your camera only or the selfie.

What should I do to make a booking?
